Russ Endres - CEO + President - Executive and Leadership Teams
Raised on a dairy farm near Waunakee, Wisconsin, Russ knows the value of hard work. He is experienced in all phases of property management, having started with the company in construction & leasing in 1979.

Russ became Vice President & General Manager in 1982. He was the impetus behind the creation of the insurance restoration division, FGS The Restoration Company, in 1988. He also started the federally assisted housing division in 1994. has been an instructor for the Madison Area Apartment Association Certified Maintenance Technician Program. Russ is a board member of both the Apartment Association of South Central Wisconsin (AASCW) and Wisconsin Council for Affordable & Rural Housing (WI-CARH) which is a trade group serving the rural housing industry. He is a founding principal of WMC Realty Advisors.

Alicia Reed - Principal/Broker - Executive and Leadership Teams
Alicia Reed joined WMC as part of its Rural Development administrative staff in 1996. She has grown her career through flexibility and a willingness to help wherever needed. In 1998 Alicia worked in the field with FGS The Restoration Company helping the restoration crews with fire–damaged property, and returned to the WMC corporate office in 2000 to pursue a career in marketing and property management. She earned a degree in Business Marketing from Edgewood College in 2005. She worked her way up from being a Property Manager, to Regional Manager, to Director of Property Management. In her current position, she oversees the operations of the internally owned assets and became a part owner in 2015.
Bonnie Bartnick - Controller - Executive and Leadership Teams
Bonnie joined WMC in 2013 as a continuum of a storied career in financial management. She previously worked for a Dane County property management company and most recently American Girl/Mattel, where she was responsible for managing all financial aspects of a $57 million global IT project. Bonnie is responsible for managing and continual improvement of WMC's financial management and reporting systems, overseeing AR and AP staff. She leads WMC's process team in its efforts to reduce paper, complexity, improve property budgeting processes, manage corporate cash flows, and streamline reporting for its clients.
Andi Simmons - Director of Business Development- Executive and Leadership Teams
Andi joined WMC in early 2014 as a Regional Manager, supervising a mixed portfolio of single family homes up to 50 units, commercial/retail property and condominium associations.She started her property management career as a leasing consultant at a 404 unit property trained by Scott Daugherty, who she now happily works side-by-side with again in her role as the Director of Business Development for WMC. She has overseen a variety of properties through the years including new construction, lease ups, distressed properties, affordable and market rate properties. Andi also has extensive experience in new property development, primarily in assisted/independent living and mixed use properties securing over $24M of TIF financing, developing over 20+ communities, directing the in-house management company and acting as asset manager for third party management hired. Andi is particularly skilled in the training of our teams to be expert leasing agents, outstanding managers and emphasizes our key strategic drivers of positive attitude and accountability in all aspects of her leadership. She is a licensed Broker, active IREM ARM in Madison and participates regularly in the local apartment association and chamber of commerce activities.
Scott Daugherty - Director of Property Management- Executive and Leadership Teams
Scott began his career in Property Management in 1985. He has been involved in market rate, student, tax credit, HUD, Rural Development, commercial and condominium. Scott has worked with properties from Class A market rate to distressed properties in receivership. His experience includes managing a large portfolio of properties throughout Wisconsin and northern Illinois. In the span of his career, he has directed the operations of over 15,000 units in approximately 400 entities. He has successfully directed over 45 lease ups for new construction, acquisition rehabs and historical rehabs, LIHTC and HUD programs. Scott has spent part of his career developing LIHTC properties and working with equity groups in proposals to become replacement general partners. Scott started with WMC in 2013 as a Regional Manager and was promoted to the Director of Property Management in 2016. He currently oversees all properties in the WMC portfolio.

Kayla Argall - Human Resources Manager - Executive and Leadership Teams
WMC welcomed Kayla Argall to the Human Resources team in 2012. Kayla holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and maintains her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification. Kayla leads the human resources function for Wisconsin Management Company and FGS and provides strategic guidance on employee relations, compensation structures, leadership development and workforce planning. Kayla has focused on a positive company culture while working to enhance the company’s compensation and benefits as well as the recruiting and on-boarding process in order to attract and retain quality employees. WMC & FGS are committed to leveraging Kayla’s passion for organizational and leadership development in order to facilitate growth for its current and future employees.

Chuck Osborne - General Manager - FGS
Chuck Osborne joined FGS in August 2017 as General Manager.  His background includes 20 + years in the construction and project management fields as well as 10 years in the restoration industry. He is certified in water, fire and mold remediation and is a Level 3 Xactimate user

Jeff Beatty - Asset Manager 
With over thirty years in the multifamily housing industry, Jeff has broad experience with many types of government and private housing finance programs. His experience includes originating and underwriting over $625 million in Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS) loans and directing the underwriting and purchase of over $2.5 billion in multifamily loans. Jeff worked on a consulting contract with HUD negotiating workouts, handling foreclosures, bankruptcies and judgments. He spent six years with state housing finance agencies in the Northeast involved with federal and state lending, construction and subsidy programs. Jeff handles a variety of functions at WMC including asset management, financing and consulting.
