Wisconsin Management Company, also known as Van Rooy Properties outside of Wisconsin, is a full-service property management firm with headquarters in Madison, Wisconsin and branches in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Indianapolis, Indiana. We were incorporated in 1977 with the goal of providing the highest level of professional management services to homeowners, property owners, condominium associations, financial institutions, and investors.
