This team of experts includes credentialed Certified Occupancy Specialists (COS) and Spectrum Training Award Recipients (S.T.A.R). The WMC compliance department manages all aspects of the application and recertification process.

All reporting is handled in-house for Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA), Housing & Urban Development (HUD, the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA), HOME and Rural Development (RD).
