Compliance

Our in-house compliance department certifies income and expenses for all applicants and residents, ensuring program compliance for a variety of funding programs including Rural Development, Section 42 Tax Credit and HUD Programs like project-based Section 8 and HOME.    This team of experts includes credentialed Certified Occupancy Specialists (COS) and Spectrum Training Award Recipients (S.T.A.R). The WMC compliance department manages all aspects of the application and recertification process.

All reporting is handled in-house for Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA), Housing & Urban Development (HUD, the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA), HOME and Rural Development (RD).
