The Saint Germain Housing Authority has proudly been providing quality, affordable housing to area seniors since 1986. 

The Sunrise Apartments Community is nestled in a fragrant pine forest with lots of green space and lawn in the Northwoods. It consists of 3 buildings, offering one- and two-bedroom apartment homes, community rooms, off-street parking, a laundry room, and more. Additionally, all homes at Sunrise are located on the first floor and do not require the use of stairs. 

Apartments are made possible through the USDA-Rural Development program, and in most homes at Sunrise, residents who are eligible for Rental Assistance pay 30% of their gross adjusted income as their rent. Eligibility is determined by income standards set at the state and county levels.
