We are pleased to announce that Sunrise Valley in Lancaster, WI, has been named Property of the Year at the 2022 WI-CARH conference.<\/p>\n

Back in 2020, WMC completed a $6 million dollar renovation<\/a><\/a> to breathe new life into the community at Sunrise Valley, and it’s been exciting to see the residents respond to the changes. Residents refer to Sunrise Valley as a "community within a community," and Property Manager Lisa has played an integral part in cultivating that sense of belonging among the residents!<\/p>\n
