Property Manager
Our Property Managers are the driving force behind each community, balancing people, operations, and performance to create places residents are proud to call home. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations—from leasing and marketing to financials, compliance, and team leadership—while ensuring communities are safe, clean, and well-maintained. You’ll guide on-site staff, support residents through move-ins, events, and day-to-day needs, and handle reporting, rent processing, and affordable housing requirements. It’s a role that blends organization, leadership, and people-first service to keep everything running smoothly. 
Maintenance Technician

Our Maintenance Technicians are the backbone of each community, keeping homes safe, functional, and comfortable for residents. In this role, you’ll handle day-to-day maintenance, including service requests, repairs, and preparing apartments for new residents. You’ll work across areas like plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general upkeep while supporting preventative maintenance and safety standards. It’s a hands-on role that combines technical skill and problem-solving to keep the community running at its best.
