Our Maintenance Technicians are the backbone of each community, keeping homes safe, functional, and comfortable for residents. In this role, you’ll handle day-to-day maintenance, including service requests, repairs, and preparing apartments for new residents. You’ll work across areas like plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general upkeep while supporting preventative maintenance and safety standards. It’s a hands-on role that combines technical skill and problem-solving to keep the community running at its best.
