Park Cedar Apartments is under construction in Madison, WI at the corner of Park and Cedar Streets. This urban revitalization breathes new life to a neighborhood in need of affordable and market rate housing and offers an exciting grocery store component! A co-developed community by Movin’ Out and Rule Enterprises including City of Madison participation, this 150-unit, family tax credit property will offer chic 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments and townhouses with lots of exciting features. <\/p>\n
