\nProperty Managers
\n–    The Property Managers are in charge of our communities , ensuring all operations are ticking along, from the budget, to our customer service processes and also overseeing any other staff associated with the community. This includes any leasing staff, grounds, cleaners, maintenance techs and vendors. Depending on the size of the community, a Property Manager can be managing one or multiple communities at one time. If a community doesn’t have a Leasing Agent, the Property Manager will be a jack of all trades, also spending time on leases, tours, answering questions and making sure that all our residents are getting the very best in customer service and feel happy in their homes.<\/p>\n

Leasing Agents
\n–    Our Leasing Agents are our go to customer service individuals who will spend a lot of time with potential residents, taking them on tours, processing applications, reviewing and signing leases, responding to all future renter emails and requests and also guiding new renters throughout the move in process. Depending on the size and location of the property, Leasing Agents can be seasonal, meaning that they just work for a set time frame within the year, or they can be full time, assisting the Property Managers with leasing all year round.<\/p>\n

Maintenance Techs
\n–    These multi-talented team members are skilled in many areas and take care of all maintenance requests that come through. This will be anything from appliances repairs and fixing dripping faucets to after hours emergency requests such as leaking pipes or no heat calls in the winter.  Maintenance Techs are highly valued as they allow renters to enjoy their home without having to lift a finger when something goes wrong.<\/p>\n
