In order to ensure we are keeping up with that growth, we are hiring for Maintenance Technicians in the Madison area. <\/p>\n

The Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the overall maintenance of residential and\/or commercial properties in our communities under the direction of the Service Manager and\/or Property Manager. With hundreds of units to manage, our maintenance teams are a crucial part of our company, as they are the ones ensuring resident’s homes are in super condition and comfortable places to live.<\/p>\n

One of the great things about this position is the variety of tasks. No two days are the same in the life of a Maintenance Tech, as you could be doing anything from carrying out services and repairs on plumbing, painting and heating, to maintaining the grounds and completing unit turnovers. This is definitely a role made for someone who likes being active in their role with hands on tasks!<\/p>\n

We have a full-time position available that’s based out of our corporate office for the Service Department in Madison, and a full time position at a large local apartment community.
