We at Wisconsin Management Company are continuing to closely monitor the guidance and recommendations of the CDC in response to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic. <\/p>\n

Corporate Office<\/strong><\/p>\n Effective immediately, we will be limiting our corporate office hours to outside visitors from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, Monday through Friday.<\/p>\n Visitors will be required to remain in the front area of our office, six feet from the front desk, unless a pre-scheduled meeting has been arranged.<\/p>\n Our restrooms will no longer be made available for public use during this time.<\/p>\n If you or anyone close to you is, or has been, sick, please do not come into the office. Instead, give our corporate office a call at (608) 258-2080.<\/p>\n \nProperties we Manage<\/strong><\/p>\n We are asking for our customers, residents and vendors to assist in helping to prevent the spread of this illness and to ensure the safety of all who work, visit and reside at our apartment communities and offices. We are adjusting office hours as needed based on staff availability and property size. We are providing maintenance to homes where residents are healthy and for emergency purposes and our site teams are dedicating more time to disinfecting activities. We are closing community areas, e.g. gathering rooms, fitness centers, community kitchens and salons. Laundry rooms remain accessible, but with more limited hours. We are asking residents to limit visitors to the fullest extent possible. We recommend to all who work, reside or visit our communities:<\/strong><\/p>\n Avoid close contact with people who are sick <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Wash your hands often and avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Stay home when you are sick <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
