We feel very fortunate to have such a great team of people here at Wisconsin Management Company. With so much growth over the past couple of years, we are excited to introduce you to some of our employees whose contributions continue to make a huge difference here at WMC.<\/p>\n
The next employee we want to highlight is Shelley Turner who is one of our Senior Property Managers and is celebrating 5 years here at WMC!<\/p>\n
The Senior Property Manager position was created in 2021 to support the growth of our company as we continued to take on new business. This gave our team members another way to progress in their careers here at WMC. This position includes the oversight of communities across multiple locations, working with Property Managers and Regional Managers to ensure that everything operates smoothly within our communities.<\/p>\n

What is your favorite thing about WMC?<\/b><\/p>\n
I love working for WMC because they truly care about their employees. I also love that there are so many advancement opportunities within WMC. <\/p>\n

What is your favorite thing to do outside of work?<\/b><\/p>\n
My favorite thing to do outside of work is spend it with my family and my 3 boys. I love to attend and watch my boys basketball & football events. I also love anything outdoors fishing, sledding, swimming with my family.<\/p>\n

What has kept you at WMC?<\/b><\/p>\n
I have stayed with WMC because of the people employed with WMC. I love all the team members I work with daily in our HUB office and also at the corporate office. Everyone is friendly, encouraging, family oriented and there when you need them. WMC is like one big family where everyone is there for you no matter what to offer help or guidance in your work life and even your personal life! I am lucky to have had 2 of the best Regional Managers WMC has. These 2 ladies have showed me everything there is to know in this business and more.<\/p>\n

What has been your biggest accomplishment since starting at WMC?<\/b><\/p>\n
My greatest accomplishment since starting WMC is that I have built a solid committed team in our Marathon County location. We started with little to no knowledge in this business and have learned so much through trainings, hands on, and passed down knowledge from RM's. This has helped us gain the respect and trust from our board members, our Regional Manager and WMC. When I started at WMC 5 years ago I had little knowledge in the property management industry. Now I am certified in COS, TCS, STAR and have recently been promoted to Senior Property Manager and am confident in my ability to do my job accurately and efficiently.<\/p>\n
