What’s the length of the lease agreement? <\/strong>While a typical lease agreement lasts for 12 months, some properties offer 6 or 18 month agreements. Before you reach for the paint brush or the hammer, take a good look at what’s allowed and maybe consider removable options, like tape strips or removable wallpaper. <\/p>\n
