Pet Policy

We’re happy to welcome your furry companions! Each apartment home may have up to two cats or one dog, with a 20 lb weight limit. A $300 pet deposit applies. Dogs and cats must be spayed or neutered and current on rabies, distemper, and any other vaccinations required by state and local regulations. To help keep our community healthy and safe, residents are responsible for maintaining their pets' vaccinations throughout their residency. The following dog breeds are not permitted: Bulldogs, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and Dobermans. Please contact our leasing office with any questions you have!
