Employment/Income Verification
First we need to make sure that you have enough money coming in to afford the rent that will be charged at that particular property. 

Rental History
We will be looking to confirm that you have a positive rental history. Here we will be asking your previous landlords whether you paid your rent on time and to confirm that the property was taken care of while you were living there.

Credit History
Your credit allows us to see if you have a good track record when it comes to financial commitments and paying your bills in a timely manner.

Criminal Record
It’s very important for us to make sure that our communities are safe places to live for our residents, so we conduct a criminal screening and a search for a history of violent crimes.
