Congratulations are in order for Kaitlyn, who has just been named Property Manager of the year at the 2022 WI-CARH conference. Kaitlyn manages 6 properties across WMC’s portfolio with a combined 150 units.
Her latest addition is The Meadows in Darlington, a first-of-its-kind community available exclusively to farmworkers and those either in, or retired from, the agricultural industry.
