This month in Eau Claire, WI, our team at The Eddy welcomed a packed house to mark the completion of construction with a Grand Opening Event!
We were delighted to welcome so many guests to join in the ribbon-cutting celebration including State of Wisconsin Lieutenant Governor, Sara Rodriguez. We also heard from speakers Kim Plache, Deputy Executive Director at WHEDA; Tyler Warner, co-developer W Capital Group; and Nicole Solheim, Vice President for co-developer and owner Cinnaire Solutions; in addition to lenders and city and county officials. Guests enjoyed refreshments and got a tour of the community after the presentations.
The Eddy is a 43-unit, four-story, mixed-income development, with 35 affordable units. These beautifully appointed 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom homes feature amenities such as spacious floor plans, energy-efficient appliances, and most homes also have an in-unit washer and dryer. Residents also enjoy underground parking, a community room and fitness center and professional on-site management by WMC.
WMC is proud to be part of another successful development of a brand new, affordable housing development in downtown Eau Claire, and are excited to welcome the first residents home this month!
