Wednesday March 25th marked the beginning of the Safer-At-Home order going into effect and in response we have now closed all corporate and apartment community site offices to the public. However, the Wisconsin Management Company property teams provide essential services in property management and maintenance, and are therefore are still open for business.
Our Site Staffs will be working from their closed offices or remote locations to provide our residents with the best customer service possible under the circumstances. This means we are available to residents and clients via phone and email.
