Employee Spotlight: Annie

The next employee we want to highlight is Annie Guenther who is a property manager here at WMC.

Our property managers are at the foundations of the work we do, managing the operations of their properties to ensure both our owners and residents are happy. 

We recently asked our managers to nominate people to be highlighted and here's what Jamsie had to say about Annie. "Annie is a new manager of ours that started at the end of May. She has become very creative in upgrading decor/furniture at our public housing property at minimal cost! This is a property where we do not have a lot of cash flow and she has gone out of her way to make it happen!" 

Here's a bit more about her.

What is your favorite thing about WMC?
I love the fact that every day is different. Each day is challenging and rewarding. I have had many opportunities to learn and grow within the company so far, and am looking forward to more! 

What is your favorite thing to do outside of work?
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family doing just about anything outdoors. I spend a lot of my free time hiking with our dogs, gardening and camping. 

What has been your biggest accomplishment since starting at WMC?
I think my biggest accomplishment since being with WMC has been the connections I have made with tenants, their families and community members.
