Ground Breaking News for The Eddy in Eau Claire, WI. Complete in Summer 2023

On September 26th, we celebrated the groundbreaking of Cannery Trail Residences 2 in Eau Claire, WI. This development is designed for families and has special units set aside for veterans and people with disabilities and is anticipated to be completed in Summer of 2023! 

We're so excited to be a part of this project! Congratulations to Cinnaire and W Capital Group for creating 41 units of Affordable Housing in Eau Claire's Cannery District.
