The next employee we want to highlight is Lisa, who is a Property Manager here at WMC.
Our Property Managers are the foundation of the work we do, managing the operations of their properties to ensure both our owners and residents are happy. Lisa is based in Illinois, making her the first employee in our series based outside of Wisconsin!
Here's a bit more about her!
What is your favorite thing about WMC?
I like that every day is different, helping people find housing, and that I am always learning and putting that knowledge to use daily.
What is your favorite thing to do outside of work?
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my three kids, family, friends, and traveling. I spend most of my free time watching my 17 year old twin boys play sports.
What has kept you at WMC for 5 years?
I like the variety each day brings, and the connections I have formed with co-workers and residents. It's also a bonus that WMC is family oriented!
What has been your biggest accomplishment since starting at WMC?
I am proud of my relationship and connections with residents, community members, and agencies.
