If you’ve ever been on any of our properties, you’ll notice how beautifully kept they all are – and our utility team is to thank for that. Lorenzo cares for the grounds at The Fairways and it’s one of our most stunning landscapes. We’re so appreciative of all his hard work!

What is your favorite thing about WMC?
I really like the flexible schedule.
What is your favorite thing to do outside of work?
Outside of work, I like to watch football and other sports, relax, and hang out with my family!
What has been your biggest accomplishment since starting at WMC?
Getting the job done! Keeping the property clean and in good condition for our residents.
