With ongoing growth at WMC, we decided to add another specialized management layer to better support our employees and increase the efficiency of each team member.
The Senior Property Manager!
The Senior Property Manager (SPM) acts as a Property Manager for a large assigned community, usually around 100 units in size. Additionally, the SPM supervises at least one other Property Manager in close geographic proximity, adding a buffer between that Property Manager and their Regional Manager. This frees up the time of the Regional Manager, allowing them to function at a higher level while still keeping boots on the ground. In turn, this gives the SPM an opportunity to lead and influence a larger team and gain important insight and training on the job.
