The next employee we want to highlight is Brad, who is our Maintenance Supervisor here at WMC.
When your apartment home needs maintenance work, Brad is the guru who provides the resources for a quick fix. As Maintenance Supervisor, Brad supports all aspects of maintenance, from team coordination to installation and everything in between.

What is your favorite thing about WMC?
Helping out the residents when they need it.
What is your favorite thing to do outside of work?
Hunting and traveling are my favorite activities to do outside of work!
What has been your biggest accomplishment since starting at WMC?
I’m most proud of implementing a quarterly maintenance schedule of all units, to ensure resident safety and satisfaction.
