Employee Spotlight: Justin

  |     |   Career Opportunities, WMC News

We feel very fortunate to have such a great team of people here at Wisconsin Management Company. With so much growth over the past couple of years, we are excited to introduce you to some of our employees whose contributions continue to make a huge difference here at WMC.

The next employee we want to highlight is Justin Brady who is a Regional Manager here at WMC.

Regional Property Managers oversee a portfolio of communities. They balance the important task of meeting owner objectives while collaborating closely with property teams to ensure residents are happy in their homes.

Justin is celebrating 5 years with WMC and has shown his skill and ability through a number of roles during that time. Here's more about who he is and the work he does.

What previous roles have you held at WMC?

Leasing Consultant, Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, Senior Property Manager.

What is your favorite thing about WMC?

Running into something new every day and constantly being challenged while maintaining a great work/life balance.

What is your favorite thing to do outside of work?

I am a golf and sports fanatic. I try to play as much golf and attend as many sporting events as possible.

What has kept you at WMC?

In addition to all of the relationships I have formed, I would say the fact it still has a family feel, despite it's growth, makes it a great workplace.

What has been your biggest accomplishment since starting at WMC?

Building teams of successful managers and leasing professionals. Occupancy forgives all sins.

Thank you for everything you do, Justin!
