We feel very fortunate to have such a great team of people here at Wisconsin Management Company. With so much growth over the past couple of years, we are excited to introduce you to some of our employees whose contributions continue to make a huge difference here at WMC.
The next employee we want to highlight is Robby, who is a Maintenance Technician celebrating 15 years at WMC!
One of the most important roles in property management is that of a Maintenance Technician; a "boots on the ground" role on-site in our communities.
As a Maintenance Technician, Robby is in charge of resolving resident maintenance requests, ensuring everything is in working order and communicating any ongoing issues to management.
Maintenance Techs are a key player in ensuring our residents are comfortable in their homes.
Here's a bit more about Robby.
What previous roles have you held at WMC?
Assistant Property Manager.
What is your favorite thing about WMC?
It's knowing that I have the confidence of Russ, Jane, Amy, and management to let me run the program here and knowing their phone lines are always open. Amy and Ann Marie always have apartments and leases ready. Thanks to you all!
What is your favorite thing to do outside of work?
Spending time with my wife and family. Days on the lake, hours in the tree stand, fishing, any time up north, raising money for the community and, last but not least, having a Brandy Old Fashioned with friends.
What has kept you at WMC for 15 years?
It's being content and comfortable with my work and who I work with. My vendors are the best, I have great insurance, and I work with caring board members. I'm looking forward to retirement, it's been 42 years here at Adams County Housing Authority and I take pride in that.
What has been your biggest accomplishment since starting at WMC?
Staying out of Kayla's office (H.R.) and getting the WI-CARH Maintenance Award. This can only be possible if you're surrounded by successful, hard-working people. It's nice to be important but more important to be nice. That's all I got. GO BADGERS!
Thank you for everything you do, Robby!
