Employee Spotlight: Breanna

The next employee we want to highlight is Breanna Holloway who is a leasing consultant here at WMC.

Our leasing consultants are crucial to the smooth running of WMC, as they are the bridge between our prospects, residents and communities. We recently asked our managers to nominate people to be highlighted and here's what Keshia had to say about Breanna.

“Bre is an extremely dedicated member of our team. She has shown great growth and knowledge in her position and has gone above and beyond her standard job duties at a rather challenging property, which directly shows in the property performance improvement on sites. She has expanded her tax credit knowledge and has received her TCS certification. I am so excited to see and facilitate her growth in this industry!”

Here's a bit more about Bre!     

What is your favorite thing about WMC?
I like how family oriented WMC/FGS is, It makes it easy to have a home life and a work life. I would also say that I like that WMC enjoys seeing their employees grow.  

What is your favorite thing to do outside of work?
Spending time with my twin daughters and my family. We enjoy getting outside and sightseeing, especially seeing animals at the nearby zoos. 

What has been your biggest accomplishment since starting at WMC?
I would say that my biggest accomplishment has been my growth. I have been able to learn the tax credit property procedures. It's definitely not an easy task, and always challenges me.
