IB CFO of the Year Finalist: Susan Stepka

Congratulations are in order for our Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Susan Stepka! Susan has recently been named a finalist in the In Business CFO of the Year Awards, and we wanted to take a moment to recognize this achievement.

Susan has been an integral part of our team for a number of years, improving many aspects of the business. This includes development, asset management, affordable housing and compliance, in addition to implementation of new software. Her knowledge and expertise has helped us achieve effective growth and profitability throughout the company.

Among her peers and other employees, Susan is highly trusted and respected as an example of accountability and integrity: people know that they can count on her to follow-through on commitments and to provide thorough, accurate information.

Because of her commitment to WMC and its staff, it’s only fitting that Susan has been recognized as a finalist for CFO of the Year. We feel very fortunate to have her as part of our team.
