Arrow Ridge Apartments Groundbreaking Ceremony in Lancaster, WI

Earlier this month, the Wisconsin Management team celebrated an exciting milestone as we hosted a groundbreaking event to mark the beginning of construction for our new workforce housing development in Lancaster, WI. 

Arrow Ridge Apartments will consist of two 20-unit apartment buildings nestled within the Arrow Ridge Business Park, aiming to bolster the local workforce. What sets Arrow Ridge Apartments apart is its unique mission: to provide affordable housing for those making up to 80% of the median household income who may not qualify for low-income housing. The two-bedroom units will range in price from $900 to $1,100 to help offset the cost of housing in the area. 

Our team is proud to continue our work in Lancaster and witness the realization of many years of planning. From our past experience, we are confident that Arrow Ridge Apartments will not only enhance the lives of its future residents but also make a positive impact on the local Lancaster community and surrounding businesses.
