We are pleased to announce that Sunrise Valley in Lancaster, WI, has been named Property of the Year at the 2022 WI-CARH conference.
Back in 2020, WMC completed a $6 million dollar renovation to breathe new life into the community at Sunrise Valley, and it’s been exciting to see the residents respond to the changes. Residents refer to Sunrise Valley as a "community within a community," and Property Manager Lisa has played an integral part in cultivating that sense of belonging among the residents!
