Videos and Virtual Tours – Our Latest COVID-19 Response

  |     |   Property Management, WMC News

It's no secret that the COVID-19 Pandemic has brought with it many changes, and as property management remains an essential business through the crisis, we have been making changes on our end to adjust to the current climate.

We are now offering video tours of our vacant or model units in lieu of in-person showings. These videos are professionally edited by our marketing team, and are both uploaded to the property websites and sent out to the potential residents directly. This means that we are able to continue offering tours to potential residents and maintain our high occupancy rates for our owners. You can see an example at https://www.liveatthefairways.com/videos.aspx.

Although our main site offices are closed to the public, our teams remain working at full capacity behind closed doors, ensuring that our residents are taken care of at the same standard of service during this time. Our maintenance teams are trained and able to manage emergency situations in the units themselves, using sanitization methods to protect the health and wellbeing of our staff and residents.

Additionally, many of our managers are going above and beyond to bring light and joy to a tough time, spending family time creating fun decorations for the windows as our community rooms are currently closed, calling to check in with their residents individually and dropping off care packages where needed. We're proud of our teams for working together and will continue to come up with creative ways to serve our communities through this time.
